Is ESPN in trouble for lack of diversity or something?

Go to ESPN and scroll to the bottom of the left hand toolbar (with MLB, NFL, etc. links). The last link is "Join Our Team." Note that every picture is a black, Hispanic, or Asian (my type included). After the Intro, there's a big link on the left to "Diversity."

There's some guy named Ramirez or something anchoring ESPN News right now. On his right is one Cindy Brunson. I'm trying to find her bio (to figure out if she's from the South or something based on her slight accent change during Rangers-Red Sox highlights), and mostly porn links come up. Is she a former porn star or something? Surely this isn't the type of "Diversity" they're going for. Hmm.

(Check that, there is one white girl's picture on that Intro page. If they hire so many minorities, why the hell does Stuart Scott still have a job?)
