Open question to the public

Duke has a linebacker named Michael Tauliili. That last name has 5 vowels out of 8 letters for a 62.5% vowel concentration rate. For any name 5 letters or longer (hence omitting an easy one like, say, Opie), that's got to be a vowel concentration record, no?

Rohan, UW's close but I'd say we win based on total number of available letters

Tui Alailefaleula

thats 13 letters, 8 vowels 61.5%

Ok, after some searching, I got one: Rocky Savaiigaea of Hawaii. 70%. But yours sounds cooler. And don't waste your time on BYU; I checked.

Incidentally, while examining Hawaii's roster, I noticed the team has two O linemen named Hercules and Samson.

At this rate maybe next year they'll find who plays center, such that with Hercules and Samson on the bookends, the QB can feel comfortable lining up under Zeus' butthole. Muahahahahahah.
