At this point, looting is rampant, flooding continues to get worse (and pumping won't help because the levees have broken so the water pumped out just comes back in), one man has jumped to his death in the Superdome, and the crowd there is generally getting quite restless with people urinating in hallways and chanting for Bush to show up. That situation is going to get out of control sooner or later.
Still waiting for Nola.com to resume reports (that's the Times Picayune).
