Investment idea: Real estate in Romania?

I hear the coastline along the Black Sea is really beautiful; the only reason I've heard about it is from a girl I went out with once upon a time who is from an upper class family in the Ukraine and used to vacation down there. Even prices in Romania doubled over a couple year span recently though.

Damn, by the time I get old enough to afford anything, the only waterfront property that will be available on this planet will be on the bayou back in Monroe, LA.
