Downtown L.A.

Is dead, but it's a helluva lot cleaner than I thought it would be. Who knew? I don't think I know a single person who knows anything about downtown L.A. despite my having attended a school that churns out employees for the financial firms in the area. I guess they all go to Century City.

Oh, our waiter at the CPK sucked. But I had forgotten how insanely good their Key Lime Pie is. Two nights in a row. Like two straight months of 5x a week in the gym, and now that Mom is here, two straight nights of pizza and key lime pie after a weekend of Indian food and good pancakes (separate meals though, promise). And no gym. ALL downhill when I'm with the fam.
